Air, Water and Earth

Air, Water and Earth as the main elements of nature are being nurtured through the applications and technologies set by Magnom Properties at Forbes International Tower.

The AIR

Forbes International Tower in partnership with H2 Enterprises and Schneider Electric will generate surplus energy through the utilization of Clean Hydrogen which can be transferred to the neighboring community. By applying this method, Forbes international Tower will attain Net-Negative Carbon Footprint and act as a leader and one of its kind in the world. Forbes International Tower is the first tower to seek “energy production” and transmission to the neighboring community based on the utilization of Clean Hydrogen. Moreover, the tower is seeking to attain Platinum LEED certificate through the utilization of diverse technologies and hardware which support and maintaining sustainability. Forbes International tower’s power generation will be based on 100% clean resources & tools and will avoid 1.8 Million kg of CO2 emissions annually.

Water

Forbes International Tower is limiting the usage of water by almost 75% through water recycling and treatment which is equivalent to 9.4 million liters of water. Gray water; the recycled water as called can be reused for non-potable uses. Specific applications will be employed to grant the maximum collection of rain water for treatment and usage. Also, the smart monitoring technologies and utilizations will monitor and control the responsible usage of water as a scarce resource. Recycling is a critical pillar at Forbes International Tower as it allows the reusing of the natural sources according to its scarcity. Through high-tech equipments and tools, almost 74% of water usage will be avoided, 0% dependance on normal energy sources and using energy sources based on recycled materials.

Earth

AS+GG - The architectural designers of Forbes International Tower enhance the materials sourcing and employing within the tower, in order to minimize the carbon footprint. The enhancing of the used materials will contribute to reduce the embodied carbon by 58%, equivalent to 60 Million kg of CO2 emissions. Forbes International Tower is the first tower to seek “energy production” and transmission to the neighboring community based on the utilization of Clean Hydrogen and power generation using solar energy through a facade embedded BIPV panels. The collective efforts supports the initiation of the tower as a green infrastructure, which supports its 100% of energy needs and supporting its community with sureplus energy with a 0% carbon footprint.
