Magnom Properties and Leonardo partner to fortify Forbes International Tower with the most advanced business security solutions. Magnom Properties sealed a new partnership with Leonardo at the World Defense Show in the city of Riyadh, KSA. On February 6, Othman A. Ibrahim, the vice chairman of Magnom Properties, and Maged Marie, the CEO of Magnom Properties, officially signed the partnership documents with Luca Merando, Leonardo’s Middle East Area Manager, Cyber & Security Solutions Division. “Shaping the future of business security” was the main objective of this collaboration, as Leonardo will utilize the most advanced security solutions for Forbes International Tower.

100% sustainable energy.

Magnom Properties signed an MOU with Schneider Electric aiming for responsible energy management, a greener future and a zero-carbon footprint. The collaboration aims to employ Schneider Electric’s expertise in energy management within 100% sustainable guidelines for Forbes International Tower. The MOU was signed between Sebastien Riez, President and CEO of Northeast Africa and Levant Cluster Schneider Electric, and Maged Marie, CEO of Magnom Properties, during the activities of COP 28 held in Dubai, UAE. This significant occasion graced by the presence of esteemed figures, including Othman Ibrahim, Executive Vice Chairman of Magnom Properties; Peter Herwek, CEO of Schneider Electric; Khaled Abbas, Chairman and CEO of ACUD; Engineer Ali Badway, Architectural Head in ACUD; Engineer Hamed Moussa, Senior Engineer in ACUD; and Brigadier General Khaled Al-Husseini, Director of Public Relations and Government Coordination Department in ACUD.

‏Decarbonize construction in business and industry.

‏This watchword was our aim and goal throughout COP 28 activities and beyond. It was our pleasure to be among the highly esteemed participants at COP 28 in the Blue Zone and share the same ambition and aspiration to make it implementable and scalable. During our panel discussions, we succeeded in showcasing green frontlines and initiatives leading the charge towards a greener construction industry in the region. Introducing the first sensorial and engaging facade systems.

At Reflexion in the city of Munich, Germany, Forbes International Tower announced its recent collaboration with Designworks, a BMW Group Company. This extraordinary collaboration brings to the globe, one of the world's first engaging and innovative facade lighting innovations, which will be implemented at Forbes International Tower. Othman A. Ibrahim, Vice Chairman of Magnom Properties, and Maged Marie, CEO of Magnom Properties, signed the official documents with Holger Hampf, President of Designworks, on October 18 at the Reflexion event at BMW Welt Munich, Germany.

Utilizing clean hydrogen for energy production.

Forbes International Tower will be producing net zero carbon emissions and utilizing clean hydrogen as the main source of energy. To achieve this goal and be recognized as the world’s most sustainable tower, we have partnered with H2-Enterprises and Schneider Electric. Othman A. Ibrahim - Vice Chairman of Magnom Properties and Maged Marie - CEO of Magnom Properties signed a MOU with Sebastien Riez, NEAL Cluster President of Schneider Electric, and Michael Stusch, Executive Chairman & CEO of H2 Enterprises, at our office in DIFC - ICD Brookfield.

In 2023, on the 7th of February, Magnom Properties arrived in Geneva, Switzerland to sign a collaboration with UNICEF. Magnom Properties and UNICEF signed the collaboration in the attendance of Maged Marie - CEO of Magnom Properties, Mr. Abdulaziz Alturky - Chairman of Alrawabi holding and Othman A. Ibrahim; CEO of Alrawabi holding and Jeremy Hopkins - UNICEF Representative. The partnership will aid minimizing the digital divide and providing a wide range of job-readiness skills for the youth. Moreover, the collaboration will support UNICEF’s girls’ and youth empowerment by enhancing their soft skills using the internet access and online learning platforms. In the highlight of empowering youth, Magnom Properties is aligning with the UN Sustainable goals - SDGs.

Abdulaziz Al-Turki, Chairman of Magnom Properties, signed the official documents with Mike Fiderle, CEO of Forbes International. In the presence of Othman Ibrahim, Vice Chairman of Magnom Properties, and Maged Marie, CEO of Magnom Properties.
